Russell Wymer, Founding Partner, is a fourth-generation machinist.
Russ has deep roots in the shop environment, and a long history of providing excellence in custom machining for high profile customers.
His career includes outstanding work in CNC Machining, CAM Programming, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Lean Manufacturing. His purchasing background has given him experience working with vendors in related machine shops, manufacturing, fabrication, inspection, tooling, plating, anodizing, and materials specifications.

Russ has a deeply held passion for precision machining work with the knowledge, experience, and skill to deliver your project on time and under budget!
Anthony Ciacelli, Founding Partner, is a master of Design
Anthony has experience Designing for Manufacturability in a variety of fields including Medical, Automotive, Food, Container Packaging, and Industrial.
Training and Education were at the University of Toledo where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Anthony has over a decade of 3D CAD/CAM experience and a high aptitude for mechanical design.
Anthony’s DFM skills were acquired by years of experience as the sole engineer & project manager for a precision machine shop where he had constant feedback from machinists who were making the parts he designed.
Using his industry knowledge and experience, Anthony will work to understand your process and help you develop the best solution possible to keep you on time and under budget!
